Leads and CRM Planned

Pipedrive integration for car dealer leads

Pipedrive is built around a visual pipeline, and a buyer asking about a car is the first card in it. The plan is to drop every MotorHangar conversation into Pipedrive as a deal, in the pipeline and stage you pick, titled with the car. It is planned, not built yet.

What you can do today

  • In n8n: MotorHangar Trigger (New Lead) followed by the Pipedrive node's Create Deal.
  • In Make: the HTTP module reading GET /leads?since= on a schedule, then Pipedrive's Create a Deal.

How it would work

  1. You would connect Pipedrive from the dealer panel.

  2. You pick the pipeline and the stage where new buyers land.

  3. Each conversation creates a deal titled with the car, valued at its asking price, with the listing link in a note.

  4. When the car is marked as sold on MotorHangar, the deal could be moved to Won.

What it will do

  • One deal per conversation, valued at the asking price
  • The car's name and the listing link
  • Sold cars, as a signal to close the deal

Limitations

  • Not built yet.
  • No buyer email or phone: the conversation link is how you reply.
  • One direction only, from MotorHangar to Pipedrive.

Questions about Pipedrive

What would the deal value be?

The car's asking price on MotorHangar, in the listing's currency. You change it in Pipedrive as the negotiation moves.

Can I choose which pipeline receives the leads?

Yes, that is part of the plan: one pipeline and starting stage per dealership, or per market if you sell in more than one country.

How do I connect Pipedrive today without writing code?

With n8n's MotorHangar Trigger and its Pipedrive node, or with Make's HTTP module reading our leads endpoint and Make's Pipedrive app creating the deal.
