Leads and CRM Planned
Kommo (amoCRM) integration for car dealer leads
Kommo — formerly amoCRM — is popular with dealers who sell by chat, because it puts WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook conversations in one pipeline. The plan is to add MotorHangar as one more source: each buyer who writes through MotorHangar becomes a Kommo lead with the car attached. It is planned, not built yet.
What you can do today
- Keep WhatsApp switched on in your dealer profile: buyers who tap it reach the number you've already connected to Kommo, with the car's name and link in their first message.
- With n8n or Make, read new leads from our API (GET /leads?since=) and create them through Kommo's own API.
How it would work
You would connect your Kommo account from the dealer panel.
Each new MotorHangar conversation creates a lead in the pipeline you choose, tagged MotorHangar.
The lead carries the car, its price and the link to reply.
What it will do
- One lead per conversation, tagged with its source
- The car's name, price and link
Limitations
- Not built yet.
- No buyer contact details: replies to these leads happen in MotorHangar's chat.
Questions about Kommo
Is Kommo the same as amoCRM?
Yes. amoCRM was renamed Kommo, and the integration would work with accounts under either name.
My WhatsApp is already connected to Kommo. Do I need this?
Maybe not. Buyers who tap WhatsApp on a listing already reach that number, with the car in their first message. This integration would add the buyers who write through MotorHangar's own chat.
Would MotorHangar leads be tagged so I can tell them apart?
Yes. The plan is to tag each lead with MotorHangar and the market, so you can measure what the site brings you.
Get an email when it's built
We build integrations in the order dealers ask for them. Leave your email and we'll write once, when this one is ready.
One email per integration, when it's ready. No newsletter, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
Product names belong to their owners. MotorHangar is not affiliated with or endorsed by them, and none of these integrations is listed in their app stores or marketplaces.
