1. Check the car is eligible for an Absher sale Obrigatório por lei

   The vehicle must be a private or private-transport type, in running condition, not reported missing or wanted and not in custody, with a valid registration (Istimara), valid technical inspection certificate (Fahas) and valid insurance policy. No violations may be logged against the vehicle or the buyer.

2. Let the buyer view and inspect the car, then agree a price Obrigatório por lei Vendedor e comprador

   Absher's process assumes the buyer has viewed and inspected the vehicle before the sale is created. The price entered must be between SAR 500 and SAR 1,000,000.

3. Create the sale in Absher Obrigatório por lei

   Both parties must be registered on Absher. The seller selects the vehicle and creates the sale request with the agreed price and the buyer's details.

4. Buyer accepts and pays into the Absher intermediate account Obrigatório por lei Comprador

   The buyer accepts the request in their own Absher account and deposits the price, plus the SAR 230 Absher sale fee, into the service's intermediate account. The government transfer fee of SAR 150 is paid through SADAD.

5. Hand over the car; the buyer confirms delivery Obrigatório por lei Vendedor e comprador

   The sale is completed through the service's "delivery of the vehicle" option, which transfers ownership. Until that step, the sale can be cancelled and all amounts paid are refunded electronically.

• Take payment through the Absher intermediate account rather than cash or a direct transfer: the money is held by the service and the sale can be cancelled with a refund until delivery is confirmed.
• Do not hand over the car or keys before the buyer has paid into the Absher account; ownership only moves when the buyer confirms delivery in Absher.
