Vende tu auto en Filipinas

Ownership is transferred at the Land Transportation Office (LTO), which issues a new Certificate of Registration (CR) in the buyer's name on the strength of a notarized Deed of Sale, a PNP-HPG clearance and an inspection report. The most important point for the seller is not to sell on an 'open' deed of sale: while your name is on the CR you can be held liable for accidents and violations.
