Venda seu carro em Peru

A private car sale in Peru is formalized before a notary, who draws up the vehicle transfer record (acta de transferencia vehicular) and files it electronically with SUNARP's Vehicle Property Registry. Until SUNARP registers the transfer, the car remains in the seller's name. Publicar no MotorHangar é gratuito e leva cerca de três minutos; você não precisa dos documentos para publicar.

Passo a passo

  1. Put the vehicle's paperwork in order Recomendado

Before the sale, SUNARP recommends the seller clear outstanding traffic fines (papeletas) and the vehicle property tax (Impuesto al Patrimonio Vehicular) and have a valid SOAT insurance policy.

The buyer can request SUNARP's Certificado Registral Vehicular (formerly Certificado de Gravamen Vehicular) to check for liens, encumbrances or theft/capture orders, and check pending fines with the SAT.

  3. Sign the vehicle transfer record at a notary Obrigatório por lei Vendedor e comprador

Buyer and seller go together to a notary with their original DNI to sign the acta de transferencia vehicular, which records the price, both parties, the car's data and the SOAT status. If the car belongs to a married couple (sociedad conyugal), both spouses must appear.
