Make sure no prohibition is registered on the car Requerido por ley
Under Latvian road traffic law, an ownership change cannot be registered if the vehicle has a registered prohibition on disposal, registration or similar (e.g. from a creditor or bailiff). Check the vehicle's status before agreeing the sale.
