Verkaufen Sie Ihr Auto in Luxemburg

In Luxembourg the seller declares the sale to the SNCA (national vehicle-registration company), which takes the car off the road, and the buyer then registers it in their name at the SNCA. The key step is declaring the sale to the SNCA within 5 working days. Das Einstellen auf MotorHangar ist kostenlos und dauert etwa drei Minuten; Sie benötigen keine Unterlagen, um zu veröffentlichen.

Schritt für Schritt

  1. Draw up a signed sales contract Gesetzlich vorgeschrieben Verkäufer und Käufer

Between private individuals the sale document must be a contract signed by both parties, identifying the vehicle (chassis number, make, model, mileage), the date, the price and both parties' names and addresses, with a copy of each party's ID card. You must appear as the last official owner. The buyer needs the original to register the car; the Automobile Club (ACL) offers contract templates.
