- Offers a 'faceless' transfer of ownership on Vahan with Aadhaar authentication and no RTO visit, only for individually owned, non-transport, non-hypothecated Maharashtra-registered vehicles where seller and buyer both live in Maharashtra and the owner's Vahan details match Aadhaar. The seller starts the application, the buyer completes it with the application number, pays and uploads ID/address proofs, an RC photocopy and photos of the vehicle front and chassis number. Fuente
