    The service is in person only. Book an appointment through the government Appointment System app (Mawaeid) at the General Directorate of Traffic or one of its service centers (Riffa main branch, Wadi AlSail Mall, Al Dana Mall, Muharraq Security Complex).

    Seller and buyer sign Form No. (1) in front of a traffic officer. If one party is absent, the signature is matched against records or ID, and the Directorate may reject the request if signatures don't match or it does not trust the representative.

    Staff verify the documents and conditions, then the fee is paid by debit card, credit card or cash at a TAM kiosk. Processing takes one working day.
