Vende tu coche en Portugal

In Portugal the change of owner is recorded in the Registo Automóvel run by the IRN (Instituto dos Registos e do Notariado). Registration is mandatory within 60 days of the sale; the key step is filling in the Requerimento de Registo Automóvel, signed by buyer and seller, where the seller signs the sale declaration. Publicar en MotorHangar es gratis y toma unos tres minutos; no necesitas la documentación para publicar.
