Vende tu auto en Perú

A private car sale in Peru is formalized before a notary, who draws up the vehicle transfer record (acta de transferencia vehicular) and files it electronically with SUNARP's Vehicle Property Registry. Until SUNARP registers the transfer, the car remains in the seller's name. Publicar en MotorHangar es gratis y toma unos tres minutos; no necesitas la documentación para publicar.

Paso a paso

  1. Put the vehicle's paperwork in order Recomendado

Before the sale, SUNARP recommends the seller clear outstanding traffic fines (papeletas) and the vehicle property tax (Impuesto al Patrimonio Vehicular) and have a valid SOAT insurance policy.
